The district sold the first $350 million tranche of bonds in February and launched a public dashboard that lists bond budgets, encumbered costs and project status; district staff said the dashboard will be posted on the bond web page and updated as projects move forward. "That will allow transparency to the voters and to the community," the presentation said.
