Bobby Taylor of the county purchasing department recommended awarding the solicitation to a custom excavating and grading contractor to perform the work. The recommendation cited the advertised solicitation for demolition of a house and accessory structures at that address. The board approved award of Bid No. B2500093 in the amount of $58,600.
