The Weld County Community Housing Authority board approved a liability-insurance renewal, authorized a transfer of a State Farm Road parcel tied to a January 2024 agreement amendment, and approved transfer of a surplus vehicle, the board said at a July 2025 meeting.
The measures were approved as part of the housing authority session. The board authorized the chair to sign the renewal application for public entity and employment-practices liability insurance under Contract ID 9709; staff said the premium last year was $6,579 and described the renewal period as August 25 through July 26 as read into the record. The renewal motion was moved by Commissioner Roth and seconded by Commissioner Maxey and approved by voice vote.
The housing authority also approved an agreement described in the record as carrying out a January 2024 amendment to transfer a State Farm Road property to a housing authority entity identified in the meeting materials.
