Staff said the application followed a change in ownership and that the restaurant will continue operating under the same name after the license is issued. The board opened a public hearing, received no public objections, and then approved the license on a motion.
No additional conditions or special restrictions were recorded in the board’s action; staff will complete final administrative steps and issue the license after required documentation is received.
