Staff said the hearing notice and a draft plan will be published in the local newspaper to provide an opportunity for public comment on the TIF plan. The packet included a draft plan and the public-hearing notice.
Council member Hanson moved to schedule the hearing; the motion passed by roll-call vote. Staff will publish the notice and present the plan at the Sept. 22 hearing.
