Business Services staff told trustees the district has restricted Fund 13 dollars reserved for food services and that sufficient balance exists to support the negotiated increase under a planned spend‑down strategy. The staff recommendation emphasized that the fund is restricted to cafeteria uses and cannot be used for general fund purposes.

Trustees asked no substantive questions before approving the adjustment by roll call.
