Central Union High School superintendent thanks students, staff and parents for smooth first day

Dr. Farkas, superintendent of the Central Union High School District, thanked students, staff and parents for arriving on time and being prepared for the district’s first day of school and wished the community a good school year. "Everyone made it to school on time, made it to first period on time," Farkas said, adding thanks to "our students and staff and parents for getting here and being prepared for our first day of school." He also acknowledged the weather, saying, "I know it's hot. I know we have to be patient, but you made it look really great."
