Suwannee County commissioners on Aug. 19 approved preliminary plat approval for Parker Estates Subdivision, a proposed four-lot major subdivision on 21.29 acres located at the intersection of 90 Sixth Street and 160 Ninth Road.
Planning staff said the preliminary plat shows shared driveway locations between Lots 1 and 2 and between Lots 3 and 4 to limit new driveways on the existing road. Under county subdivision rules, the application was processed as a major subdivision and will return to the board for final plat approval no less than 30 days after preliminary approval.
Commissioner Hale moved preliminary plat approval and Commissioner White seconded; the motion passed 5-0.
