The McLeod County Board of Commissioners approved final acceptance and payment of $60,650.64 to Ramsey Companies of Minneapolis for the County State Highway 115 and 25 roundabout project (state project 043070023). County staff recommended final payment after certifying the project was completed satisfactorily.

In the staff presentation, Public Works reported that erosion-control measures, including silt fences, had been removed and that turf establishment was satisfactory, allowing release of the contract. A commissioner asked specifically whether the silt fence had been removed; staff responded, “Yep. All the erosion control has been removed. We do have a satisfactory turf establishment to, release contract.”

Commissioner Schmalz moved approval; Commissioner Wright seconded. The board voted by voice to approve the final payment and to accept the completed project. No further conditions or follow-up tasks were identified in the meeting record.
