The district said it did not receive a response to that extension request and that legal counsel advised the district on a coordinated approach used by peers across the state. "They were AI generated... We then asked for a response to extend by 5 additional business days. We did not get a response to that request, so therefore, we're waiting," the presenter told the board. Administration said the requesters' scope included wide date ranges; the district will continue to coordinate with attorneys and other districts on how to process the requests.
