Following the closed session, Commissioner Schuler moved and Commissioner Rostad seconded a motion to authorize Legal Counsel Nici Meyer to bid at the sheriff’s sale and to consult with Chairman Fjeldahl. The motion passed on a roll-call vote with all five commissioners voting yes.
