The road/highway accounts made up the largest portion of the total: Road/Highway bills for the period totaled $3,263,406.70. Notable individual line items recorded in the bill list included Tyler New World maintenance charges to the City of Minot for jail and sheriff systems totaling $99,298.32 ($30,651.53 and $68,646.79), and a May 2025 pay estimate to Mayo Construction for $3,162,524.95.
