Engineers reported ongoing right‑of‑way work and permitting: easement collection is ongoing for projects including 90 Ninth, Twelfth Street, Sixteenth Street and 20th Street; wetlands assessments and cultural resource surveys are in process for several alignments; and the Manning Water Works easements will be coordinated with Manning and Southwest Water with a planned public meeting to collect signatures. Staff said a stretch near 20 Second Street will be closed for a box‑culvert installation and is expected to remain closed for about a week while work continues; emergency management has been notified.
