Williams County commissioners on Sept. 2 authorized the chairman to sign a lease with the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) office of the North Dakota Attorney General for space the state office rents in a county building. County staff said the lease had been reviewed by county administrators and the county attorney’s office.
A county staff member asked the board for approval and to authorize the chairman’s signature. Commissioners moved, seconded and approved the authorization by roll call. The transcript records no changes to the lease terms during the meeting and no public comment on the item.
