Following the swearing in of newly elected trustee Dana Dworaczyk, the Calhoun County ISD Board considered reorganizing its officers July 21. A motion to reorganize the officers was made by Dworaczyk and seconded by Dominic Robles but did not carry; the minutes show three ayes, three nays and one abstention, and the current officers remained.
Trustees Cynthia Alford, Dana Dworaczyk and Dominic Robles voted in favor of the reorganization. Trustees Lori Leal, Tyler McAfee and Bill Shrader voted against it. Vinson Phillips recorded an abstention. The minutes record "Let the minutes reflected the current board officers will remain."
The vote outcome leaves the board's leadership unchanged; the minutes do not record further discussion or any alternate officer slate.
