The Calhoun County ISD Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda at its July 21 meeting, voting 7–0 to accept minutes from June 16, the May 2025 financial statement, budget amendments for 2024–25, an interlocal agreement with Region VII Education Service Center, authorization to surplus materials for auction and Policy Update 125 (LOCAL) affecting several local policy codes.
Trustee Dana Dworaczyk moved the consent agenda and Dominic Robles seconded. The motion included a requested modification to Policy FDE to strike the word “continuous” from item G. The vote was unanimous: Cynthia Alford, Dana Dworaczyk, Lori Leal, Tyler McAfee, Vinson Phillips, Dominic Robles and Bill Shrader all voted aye.
The minutes list the specific local policy codes affected by Policy Update 125: BDAA(LOCAL), BDB(LOCAL), BDF(LOCAL), EI(LOCAL), FDE(LOCAL) and FEC(LOCAL). The surplus authorization will allow district staff to prepare listed materials for auction under district procedures.
No separate public discussion or votes on individual consent items are recorded in the minutes; the board handled the package as a single motion with the stated edit to FDE.
