Vice President Leesa Toliver moved to approve Policy FNCE (Local) and board member Kati Adair seconded; the board voted 6-0. Separately, board member Kati Adair moved to approve Policy EFB (Local) and John Campbell seconded; the board voted 6-0. Both items were listed on the agenda as Discussion/Action items 6.F and 6.G.
