The Sulphur Springs Independent School District Board of Trustees approved a resolution extending the district’s depository contract with City National Bank during the Aug. 11 meeting.
Board member Leesa Toliver moved to approve the resolution and Kati Adair seconded; the board voted 6-0 to adopt the resolution, which was listed as Discussion/Action item 6.D on the agenda.
