The Cape May County Board of Taxation approved the 2025 Final Equalization Table at its March 11, 2025, meeting in Cape May Court House. The motion to approve the table was made by Elizabeth A. Barry, vice president, seconded by Lu Ann Wowkanech, commissioner, and carried.
The board discussed the 2025 Final Equalization Table and recorded that the aggregate assessed value is over $53.7 billion and the aggregate true value is more than $97 billion. The table was entered into the board’s permanent records.
Board members in attendance were John A. McCann, president; Elizabeth A. Barry, vice president; John Snyder, commissioner; and Lu Ann Wowkanech, commissioner. The meeting minutes from the prior session were approved earlier in the meeting on a motion by John Snyder, seconded by Elizabeth A. Barry.
