Teresa Mehok donated $200 to address NPHS meal accounts with deficit balances.
Board President Laura Haeberle requested a motion to approve the donations; Board Member Brian McKinney moved approval and Board Secretary Jon Hooker seconded. The vote passed 5–0 (Brian McKinney, Dan Walker, Laura Haeberle, Jon Hooker, Amanda Wooton).
The minutes record the donors, amounts and intended uses as presented; the board did not record any conditions or alternate uses for the funds during the meeting.
