Bullitt County Fiscal Court approves $1,005,965.62 in disbursements and accepts financial closeout reports

Bullitt County Fiscal Court approved claims totaling $1,005,965.62 and accepted transfers and financial reports at its July 15, 2025 meeting. The court voted unanimously to approve the open invoice reports and to accept financial statements prepared for the fiscal year 2024/2025 closeout and June 2025 reporting.
The open invoice reports and transfers/expenditures by date were submitted for review and copies were placed on file in the county clerk’s office. The court record shows the judge and each magistrate voted in favor of approving payment of the claims and accepting the transfers report.
The treasurer’s submitted closeout and monthly reports included standard documents submitted to the Kentucky Department for Local Government: liability register summary, SEFA report, interfund cash transfer journal, revenue condition report, account encumbrance and appropriation condition reports, statements of revenues, appropriations, receipts and claims, trial balance and bank reconciliation statements. Those reports were accepted and placed on file.
The court approved the minutes of a June 30, 2025 special session and the July 1, 2025 regular session; the approvals were recorded as unanimous.
