At its July 1 meeting the Grove City Council approved a package of funding and service agreements covering senior meals, domestic-violence advocacy, recycling-center operations, transit services and janitorial work, and also approved a sales tax rebate agreement with Drunken Rooster Bar & Grill - On the Water. The council approved a funding agreement with DOCS Senior Services to provide nutritional on-site meals at the Grove Senior Center and home-delivered meals and other activities.
