The plat describes a 581,307.10‑square‑foot tract (about 13.35 acres) in the west half of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 6, Township 24 North, Range 24 East of the Indian Base and Meridian in Delaware County, Oklahoma. The legal description in the minutes lists metes and bounds and a starting point at the east right of way of Leisure Lane.
Commissioner Peggy Steed opened the floor for discussion on the application.
