Member Cierra Waller moved and Member Frank H. "Hamp" Moore Jr. seconded approval of payment of bills; the motion carried unanimously. The minutes list several prior-board and July check ranges and line items presented for payment, including amounts shown in the agenda: $11,753.26 (prior EFT), $642,849.04 (checks 994717–994720), $759,460.78 (checks 994721–994850) and a payroll listing with $769,515.15. The board declared miscellaneous district assets and inventory surplus on motion of Member Michael Bishop, seconded by Mr. Moore; that motion also carried unanimously. The board approved the student fee schedule for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 on motion of Ms. Waller, seconded by Ms. Allen; all members voted yes.
