At its Aug. 4 meeting the Bowling Green Independent School District Board of Education approved three agreements: a Certificate of Head Start Full Utilization with Western Kentucky University Child Care Center; a TimeClock Plus OnDemand license agreement; and a contract with Gilbert, Barbee, Moore & McIlvoy, PSC d/b/a Graves Gilbert Clinic.
Ms. Lisa Allen moved to approve the Head Start full utilization certificate; Member Cierra Waller seconded the motion and the board voted unanimously in favor. The TimeClock Plus license agreement was approved on motion of Ms. Allen, seconded by Mr. Moore. The legal-services contract with Gilbert, Barbee, Moore & McIlvoy, PSC d/b/a Graves Gilbert Clinic was approved on motion of Mr. Moore, seconded by Mr. Bishop; all three motions passed with all five members voting yes.
The Head Start certificate is with Western Kentucky University Child Care Center; the minutes record approval "as presented" but do not include the contract text in the minutes. The TimeClock Plus item was recorded as a license agreement approval; the minutes do not list license costs. The Graves Gilbert Clinic contract was recorded as approved; the minutes do not include contract value or term length.
