The change orders recorded on the meeting agenda were: CO#27 Southwest Communications — $47,388.60 (decrease); CO#28 Industrial Electrical Contractors — $47,388.60 (increase); CO#29 Mechanical Consultants — $25,690.00 (decrease); CO#30 Owensboro Winsupply — $906.73 (decrease); and CO#31 Alliance Corporation — $16,787.05 (increase). The meeting minutes state the approvals were contingent on Kentucky Department of Education review and approval.
The board did not record additional discussion in the minutes about the technical reasons for each line-item change; the meeting record shows the board approved the change orders as presented and noted the state approval dependency.
