On a motion by Esq. Vera Sanders, seconded by Esq. Karen Johnson, the minutes were approved without a formal reading. The court then accepted the Transfers: Expenditures by Date Report on a motion by Magistrate Shaun Logsdon, seconded by Magistrate Vera Sanders. The open invoice/disbursement report showed the following disbursements by fund: Fund #01 — $375,515.86; Fund #02 — $66,743.80; Fund #03 — $767,211.80; Fund #09 — $239,646.18; Fund #77 — $156,847.98. The grand total for disbursements reported was $1,005,965.62; the court ordered those claims paid on a motion by Magistrate Logsdon, seconded by Magistrate Bleemel, with unanimous approval.
The Treasurer's Financial Reports for the 2024–2025 fiscal year closeout and for June 2025, reported to the Kentucky Department for Local Government, were submitted with supporting schedules (liability register, SEFA report, interfund transfer journal, revenue condition and appropriation reports, trial balance, bank reconciliations and other standard reports). On a motion by Magistrate Logsdon, seconded by Magistrate Johnson, the court approved and accepted the June 2025 financial report.
