Court approves surplus of 2023 Durango and purchase of 2022 Tahoe for sheriff’s office

Mullins said it would be more economical to surplus the Durango, use the trade-in value and pay an additional $34,500 to acquire a 2022 Tahoe that Mullins described as more reliable.
The court approved a motion to surplus and trade in the 2023 Durango and a separate motion to purchase the Tahoe with an additional $34,500. Both motions passed with no recorded dissent.
