Magistrate Gutenson moved to approve purchase of the 2021 Tahoe from the Don Franklin dealership; Magistrate Stanley seconded. All magistrates present voted in favor and the motion carried. The court recorded that funds for purchasing will come from the fiscal year 2026 budget.
