Board directs P360 evaluation of Executive Director to be conducted by outside vendor
Summary

The minutes specify that Shan Montgomery, Chief of Staff, shall ensure procurement of those services and that any contract ‘‘shall comply with applicable state procurement law and DFA policies and procedures.’’ The minutes do not name the vendor or include a procurement timeline or cost estimate.
