The Mississippi Board of Nursing voted on June 6, 2025 to dissolve its bylaws and to designate delegates and alternates to the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) annual meeting in Chicago.
On a unanimous vote, the board approved a motion to dissolve its bylaws. In the same set of Executive Committee actions, the board unanimously designated Beverly Oliver and Carly Walker as its funded delegates and appointed Alveno Castilla and Shan Montgomery as alternate delegates to attend the NCSBN annual meeting scheduled for Aug. 12–15, 2025 in Chicago.
