Director of Schools Dr. Annette Tudor recommended approval; Debbie Darnell moved to approve and Jennifer Henson seconded. The motion carried with votes from Debbie Darnell, Charlie Taylor, Jim Butcher, Jennifer Henson and Eric Cuddy. The minutes identify Coalition for Kids Executive Director Randy Hensley and Regional Director Amy Strickland as attendees for the presentation earlier in the meeting.
