Garcia and Aguilar said the district'level enrollment used for funding changed from 10,709 (FY24) to 10,199 (FY25), creating an estimated revenue impact of roughly $2.7 million to $2.79 million for the coming year if funding formula changes do not fully offset the drop. Aguilar said the district's State Equalization Guarantee (SEG) unit value increased to $6,801.35 (an increase of about $247.60) and described multiple adjustments to the state funding formula.
