Commissioner McClanahan moved to approve the findings; a colleague seconded. The findings passed on a roll call and were recorded as approved. Commissioners also noted the group limits events to about 100 people and generally keeps attendance below that level.
The commission’s action was to approve findings of fact in favor of the special-use expansion; final permitting and construction remain subject to applicable county permits and building codes.
