County considers termination and transfer of hangar lease; buyer to pay prorated rent

Sean Mahorney of Kern County Airport told commissioners that Hangar D in Kremmling would be sold from OKC Investments to Dayhas Ventures LLC, and that Dayhas would pay a prorated amount for the current year of $434.
