Robert Rodriguez moved to approve the consent agenda; the motion was seconded by President Brown and passed by voice/hand vote with all five council members voting in favor.
After the vote, a council member asked for clarification about item 3 (appointments to the Airport Advisory Board) to confirm that the motion approved the specific individuals set forth in the agenda report. Staff member Steve confirmed that the appointments were the ones listed in the agenda materials.
