Transportation staff presented the annual hazardous routes reauthorization July 28 and said the district had reevaluated previous hazards and proposed one addition. The new hazardous designation covers the Person Creek crossing used by the Foxwood Lane neighborhood; staff said about 20 students will now receive transportation because the crossing is officially added to the hazardous list.

Presenters clarified that no previously designated hazardous routes were being removed and that the district will assess additional sites after the start of the school year.
