Board members reviewed the timeline and materials for completion of the district's 2025–26 final budget and approved a consent agenda that included multiple routine renewals and contract recommendations on Sept. 8.

A Business Services committee summary said the committee reviewed the CUSD 303 2025–26 final budget and that Jennifer Porter provided a detailed breakdown; the board was told the district will make a final determination on the budget at the end of the month or in early October.

The committee reported that the recommended provider for flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts is Flexible Benefits and that the district has recommended renewing Progress Learning for ACT testing resources. Committee members also reviewed software renewals for WeVideo and Mitel. Those vendor items were included on the consent agenda approved by the board.

The board moved to approve consent agenda items 6A through 6L; the motion passed on a roll-call vote, 6–0. The meeting record shows the motion to approve was made and seconded and the roll call produced unanimous approval. No additional contract details or dollar amounts were presented in open session.
