Board approves multiple consent agendas, policies and personnel actions in routine votes

The board then approved the performance and monitoring consent items (section 6), planning and development consent items (section 7), governance consent items (section 8) and closed‑session consent items (section 9) by roll call; those motions were recorded as passing with five yes votes and two absent.
The board also approved student expulsion and suspension appeal items listed in section 10 by roll call; the motion passed with five yes votes and two absent. The student EIA items in section 11 were approved by roll call with five yes votes and two absent. One closed‑session consent subitem (identified in the minutes as item "y") was pulled for separate consideration; the recorded roll call on that pulled item was four yes, one abstain and two absent.
Most motions were moved and seconded with no named mover or seconder recorded during the roll calls. The meeting repeatedly used roll calls to record the five members present: Miss Pearson (board president), Miss McCall (board member), Miss Bennett (board member), Mister Carpenter (board member) and Miss Haley (board member). Two members were recorded as absent at various points during the meeting: Mr. Schubert (board member) and Miss Stanford (board member).
