District staff told the Board’s site and finance committee on Aug. 20 that a dedicated webpage on student‑attendance boundary work will be published after the first full school week and used to centralize materials and community‑engagement opportunities.

The site will include committee reports, graphs and an engagement calendar, and will provide a place where community members can submit questions for staff responses. Staff said the page will link from every school website and that outreach will include an October engagement period.

The item was informational; staff said they will email board members and use school “hover” pop‑ups to surface the boundary information to families. No board action was requested.
