Local stakeholders and students press debate over Idahos domestic-well exemption as Senate Bill 1083 awaits governorsignature

"A domestic well is defined as a privately owned ground water well that supplies water for the domestic needs of an individual or a small water system that does not serve as a public water system," hydrologist Jasper Welsa said during the presentation.
