The Llano City Council approved Resolution R2025-17 to designate additional authorized signatories for the 2024 Texas Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) agreement CDM24-0038.

Council discussion and packet language clarified that the resolution allows the mayor, mayor pro tem, city manager, city administrator, city secretary and finance director to perform functions such as executing grant applications and certifying environmental reviews in cases where the city manager is unavailable. Councilmembers said the change updates prior language that limited signature authority to the city manager.

A motion to adopt the resolution was made and seconded; the motion carried. Council did not record a roll-call tally in the audio transcript.
