Amy (high school staff) asked the board to approve admission of an additional ASSE International Student Exchange student from Latvia who is already placed with a host family in Burlington.

Amy presented the request as routine, saying the district has used the ASSE program before. A motion to approve the student was moved and seconded and the board conducted a roll‑call vote. Members present voted unanimously to accept the student.
