Board finds 56 Smutty Lane three‑lot subdivision application complete and sets Oct. 7 public hearing

The Saco Planning Board on Sept. 2 voted 7‑0 to find complete an application for a three‑lot residential subdivision at 56 Smutty Lane (Map 104, Lot 12). Staff reported that the checklist items were addressed and that only updated assessing map and lot numbering (provided to staff the same day) remained to be finalized.

Assistant planner Lauren Forte told the board that police and fire departments had no comments and that the applicant had worked with assessing to correct parcel identifiers. Developer Jason Labonte said the map and lot numbers had been changed that day and that plans would be finalized for signatures following board approval. The board voted to find the application complete and scheduled a public hearing for Oct. 7.
