The Fond du Lac City Council on Sept. 10 unanimously approved Class B fermented malt and Class C wine licenses for Nori Fond du Lac LLC, doing business as Nori Sushi and Grill, at 836 West Johnson Street. The license application lists Wen Kai Wang as the proposed agent.
City Clerk Miss Hefter introduced the item and said the officers and proposed agent had passed required background checks and that city staff and the alcohol license committee recommended approval. “Nori’s Sushi and Grill has applied for a Class B and Class C wine license for their new location at 836 West Johnson Street,” Miss Hefter said.
Councilmember Mullins moved to approve the licenses; Councilmember Godfrey seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
No council discussion or public comment opposed the application during the meeting. The licenses will allow the business to sell fermented malt beverages and wine at the stated address subject to standard city licensing conditions.
