The month-to-date revenue report was listed at $75,248.04 and the disbursement voucher packet at $35,959.82. A current balance was reported as $1,000,182.31. The presenter also noted an additional $5,143.97 in bank interest.
Staff explained that a difference between the draft packet and the fund report reflected an employee payout recorded under a September date; the presenter said the payout was a final PTO/related payout for an employee who is no longer employed by the board. The presenter added that screenshots showing why the accounting system would not accept a retroactive August posting were included in the packet.
No further motions followed the financial review and members moved on to other agenda items.
