Provo council consents to multiple board and commission appointments

Mayor Michelle Kaufusi presented a slate of appointments and reappointments to Provo City's boards and commissions, and the municipal council approved the consent motion by a 7-0 vote. The move installs Brooke Barnes to an expired seat on the Parks and Recreation Board for a three-year term ending 06/30/2028 and reappoints several incumbents to terms of varying lengths. The council voted unanimously to confirm the slate after brief remarks honoring volunteer service.
