ZBA renews BP Products sign variance for four years

The Town of Babylon Zoning Board of Appeals approved a four-year renewal of an expired sign variance for BP Products, noting there have been no changes to the sign since the prior approval.

Chris Tartaglia of High Point Engineering submitted the renewal and provided the affidavit of posting. Board member McCullough indicated no additional questions; the board voted to grant the four-year variance.

The approval was procedural: the ZBA granted the applicant the same signage rights previously approved and instructed the applicant to coordinate with the building department to renew the sign permit concurrent with the variance.
