Council approves design standards to regulate mini-warehouse developments in C-2 district

Council directed planning staff to implement the standards and proceed with the revised definition; no additional conditions were attached to the approval.
The measure was presented as a proactive step to ensure development compatibility in the C-2 district if an application for a mini-warehouse were to be filed in the future.
