The Polk County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to convey unused, vacated right of way on portions of Railroad Avenue, First Avenue, Second Avenue, Northeast 110th Court and an alley row in unincorporated Polk County to the estate of Mary Reagan, the board recorded.
